We’re Hiring — Operations Support Clerk (Part Time)

Job Duties
• Assist the Loan Servicing and Originations teams with various operational support tasks.
• Review accounts and calls to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Help troubleshoot operational issues, providing necessary information and supporting team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Identify, report, and escalate operational issues to management promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of general work experience; administrative or clerical background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
