We are urgently hiring a skilled Operations Supervisor to join the team at our Dubai Office. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing both import/export operations with strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse and import/export operations
• Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and ensure timely clearance
• Oversee documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
• Manage team performance and ensure smooth shift handovers
• Support process improvements and handle operational issues proactively

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in Calogi
• Familiar with Dubai Trade, Dubai Customs, and Dubai Chamber procedures
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation
• Immediate availability is required
