We Are Hiring – Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a capable and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and operational activities. The ideal candidate will manage a team of riders/drivers, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely and efficient deliveries across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide delivery riders and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with clients to manage delivery schedules and project requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate reporting and tracking using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support management with day-to-day operational decisions and problem-solving.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of last-mile delivery processes.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
