Juniper Square is seeking an Operations Specialist, AI Solutions to support its growing suite of AI-powered products. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with data, processes, and technology to deliver accurate and high-quality outcomes for customers.
The selected candidate will support AI-assisted workflows, manage data and document onboarding, review AI-generated outputs, and help develop scalable operational processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a newly established team working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ingest and organize historical data and documents into Juniper Square platforms.
• Process incoming operational requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source information.
• Follow and improve operational procedures to increase quality and efficiency.
• Identify workflow gaps and contribute solutions for process improvements.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure reliable operational support.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers professionally.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of professional experience in operations, administrative, or data-focused roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content critically and apply sound judgment.
• Proficiency in standard business tools including Excel and communication platforms.
• Ability to manage workload independently with strong ownership.
• Experience in financial services or investment management is preferred.
• Familiarity with institutional data and document workflows is helpful.
