We’re Hiring! – Operations & Sales Manager | Manufacturing – Plastic | UAE
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee day-to-day production while driving commercial growth for a plastics manufacturing operation in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of operations and sales — you’ll ensure efficient factory performance, meet customer requirements, and contribute to strategic improvements that boost profitability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Drive sales initiatives and support business development efforts to expand client relationships and revenue.
  • Synchronize production plans with customer demand and sales forecasts to minimize lead times and stock issues.
  • Manage departmental teams, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support strategic projects such as automation, process optimization, and cost-control programs.
  • Assist with pricing strategies, proposals, and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Prepare operational reports and ensure adherence to statutory and corporate compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Direct experience in the plastics industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate production and commercial functions effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, commercial insight, and sound decision-making.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and familiarity with production planning tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions.
