We’re Hiring: Operations Officer
An opportunity is available for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer with HR and manpower experience to join a growing team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the UAE, preferably in the manpower industry, and will support daily operational and workforce-related activities.
This role requires strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of UAE labor and visa procedures to ensure smooth operations and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage labor and employee-related matters, addressing daily operational queries
- Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and related documentation with HR and PRO teams
- Monitor visa expiry dates and maintain accurate employee records
- Track attendance, leave balances, and timesheets
- Support payroll preparation and other routine operational activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience within the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa, and immigration processes
- Strong communication skills in English (Urdu or Hindi is an added advantage)
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
