We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage Aluminium, Steel, and Glass Works projects at Al Malmas Metal Const Ind L.L.C, a growing leader in the UAE metal and aluminium industry. This role combines operations oversight with opportunities for business development and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Aluminium, Steel, and Glass fabrication projects from start to finish
- Ensure high-quality execution while meeting project deadlines
- Oversee site teams and coordinate production activities efficiently
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the business
- Prepare and review quotations, material requirements, and site needs
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Proven expertise in Aluminium, Steel, and Glass Fabrication Works
- Skilled in Fire Rated Doors & Windows
- Experience with applications such as Shower Partitions, Balcony Railings, and Louver Doors
- Male candidates preferred
