Job Opening: Operations Manager – Homecare (Abu Dhabi)
A reputable healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a qualified and experienced Operations Manager – Homecare to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Quality Assurance and operational management within the healthcare or homecare sector. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of homecare services.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures that comply with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and administrative departments to maintain excellent patient care standards.
- Oversee staffing schedules, resource planning, and operational workflows to ensure timely service delivery.
- Support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and performance improvement programs aimed at operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in homecare operations management and quality assurance.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to DOH/DHA/MOH regulations will be an added advantage.
- Must currently reside in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and be available for immediate joining.
