Description:
View Emirates Sports Club LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our recreational facility in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with strong operational, marketing, and people management skills.
You will be instrumental in elevating the overall guest experience, driving engagement through creative marketing initiatives, and overseeing special events designed for children and families. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the center to ensure efficiency and excellence in service.
- Lead and coordinate teams across courts, reception, café, and other departments.
- Support marketing, promotions, and budgeting initiatives in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, and health & safety standards.
- Actively promote guest participation in club activities and special events.
- Report regularly to the Director and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and maintaining high morale.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure optimal staffing at all times.
- Uphold top-tier standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility presentation.
- Maintain and oversee all resources and supplies within the venue.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Operations or Venue Manager in a relevant industry.
- Background in leisure, sports, recreation, theme parks, or family entertainment centers preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, especially within multicultural teams.
- Customer-focused with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (especially Arabic) are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
Compensation:
- Salary: AED 13,000 per month
- Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
