We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Café, Food Service, Events & Pop-Ups (Multi-Branch)

A growing food and beverage brand is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across multiple café branches. This role also carries responsibility for managing events, pop-ups, kiosks, and temporary outlets, ensuring smooth execution and consistent brand standards across all formats.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining food safety and compliance, improving financial performance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across every location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across all café branches
  • Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, brand standards, and service procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations
  • Plan, organize, and manage events, pop-ups, kiosks, and temporary outlets
  • Coordinate staffing, logistics, setup, and dismantling for events and pop-ups
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality
  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and event-based teams
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, track sales performance, and improve profitability
  • Oversee inventory control, supplier coordination, and equipment management
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health standards, and labor laws
  • Support new branch launches and ongoing business expansion initiatives
