Carezone Home Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations across its home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare management, particularly in home nursing, childcare, elderly care, and DHA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Oversee day-to-day operations of Carezone’s home healthcare services.
▪️ Ensure full compliance with DHA, MOH, and UAE healthcare regulations.
▪️ Manage staff scheduling, deployment, and performance evaluations.
▪️ Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of nurses and caregivers.
▪️ Develop and implement SOPs for patient care, safety, and quality control.
▪️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
▪️ Monitor P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs to support financial growth.
▪️ Support marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or Business Administration
▪️ Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Healthcare / Medical Operations Manager role in the UAE
▪️ Strong knowledge of DHA licensing and compliance requirements
▪️ Proven leadership skills in managing healthcare staff and operations
▪️ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
▪️ Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making ability
