[We have an urgent opening for an Operations Manager at our coffee shop in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader who is passionate about coffee culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily café operations to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences.
- Create and manage staff schedules; lead onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain consistent standards of service, product presentation, and quality control.
- Oversee inventory management including stock monitoring, ordering, and liaison with suppliers.
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preferably native Arabic speaker.
- Proven background as a Supervisor or Operations Manager within a coffee shop or similar F&B outlet.
- Ability to start immediately and handle a fast-moving environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to coach staff and resolve customer issues effectively.
