Description:
Al Himayah Insurance Brokers is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive to join its Employee Benefits Department. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in medical insurance operations who are passionate about delivering outstanding client service and maintaining operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing policy administration, handling claims processes, coordinating with clients and insurers, and ensuring compliance with UAE insurance regulations. Candidates with previous experience working for an insurance broker will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage policy onboarding and process policy endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Handle reimbursement claims and pre-approval requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and manage data within ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and other applicable insurance guidelines.
• Support day-to-day employee benefits operations while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor operational processes and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical insurance operations.
• Experience working with an insurance broker is highly preferred.
