FounderX Business Services is urgently hiring an Operations Executive to manage company formation and government-related services across Mainland and Freezone jurisdictions. The role requires prior UAE experience and strong knowledge of business setup procedures and portals.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of UAE experience in business setup or operational support (mandatory)
• Familiarity with DED, Tasheel, Amer, and Freezone government portals
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English)
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up abilities
• Proactive and detail-oriented attitude
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities:

• Handle company formation, license applications, renewals, and amendments
• Manage visa processing, Emirates ID, and establishment card documentation
• Coordinate with UAE authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Freezones)
• Maintain client records and track document expiries (licenses, visas, etc.)
• Act as point of contact for client inquiries and updates
• Support internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks
