Operations Coordinator | Remote (West Coast Support)
Colliers is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support property management teams across the United States, with a primary focus on West Coast REMS operations. This role plays a critical part in providing centralized administrative and operational support while ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across processes. You will work closely with internal teams to help manage property operations, reduce risk, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leaders, managers, and peers to support daily administrative and operational needs
• Use Microsoft Office tools and online platforms to manage requests, share files, and communicate project details
• Organize, monitor, and track project information to support reporting and performance analytics
• Independently manage assigned tasks while aligning with the Centralized Support Team to ensure service standards are met
• Provide operational support for West Coast REMS teams
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and audit-related compliance requirements
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
What You’ll Bring:
• Previous experience in real estate or property management environments
• Familiarity with AVID or similar Accounts Payable systems
• Experience handling Certificates of Insurance
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Moderate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team initiatives
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
