This is a high-visibility, growth-oriented role that sits at the intersection of operations, project coordination and executive support. You’ll support franchisees and internal teams by managing logistics, communications and key operational programs that help the brand scale.

Work Location:
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County.
Role Summary — Operations Coordinator:
Think of this position as part executive assistant, part chief of staff — a central coordinator who keeps projects and people moving. You will handle hands-on logistics for meetings and events, prepare materials and presentations, manage calendars, run operational reports, and act as a dependable liaison between corporate teams and franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional projects that support franchisees and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain shared calendars for internal team members and the franchise network.
- Organize logistics for staff and franchisee meetings, webinars, and the annual conference (scheduling, agendas, materials, set-up, travel, accommodations, and follow-ups).
- Host virtual meetings, manage invitations/RSVPs, and support technical needs.
- Create polished presentations, reports and communications for internal and external audiences.
- Extract and organize data from platforms and Excel to support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and help other teams on project-based tasks.
- Manage franchisee onboarding/offboarding and be the corporate point of contact for franchisee questions or complaints.
- Maintain task lists, deadlines and process documentation to keep initiatives on track.
- Quickly learn new tools and systems and flex across operational, licensing, training, and reporting tasks as business needs evolve.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately, building trust with franchisees and internal teams.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support brand and franchise success.

- Experience in administrative, project coordination, or operations support roles — experience in startup, franchise, or small-team environments is a plus.
Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this role is $24 to $27 per hour. Actual pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and organizational needs.
