We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven Operations Coordinator to join our remote team in a part-time capacity. This position plays a key role in ensuring that Patch childcare facilities nationwide operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety standards. You’ll act as a key player behind the scenes, ensuring our spaces are stocked, supported, and set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Site Launches & Inventory Oversight:

  • Serve as the main project coordinator for onboarding new sites, handling supply procurement and logistics
  • Manage the launch of new site-specific technology tools, such as custom webpages and phone systems
  • Oversee the procurement and delivery of supplies across all Patch locations
  • Ensure prompt and reliable restocking of essential items

Facility & Technology Maintenance:

  • Conduct ongoing inspections across sites to ensure alignment with health, safety, and cleanliness protocols
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks—both preventative and emergency repairs—across multiple facilities
  • Act as the liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Monitor and maintain the technology used across facilities and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Keep online site profiles current with relevant updates

Administrative & Compliance Support:

  • Maintain emergency equipment and implement readiness procedures at all care centers
  • Ensure Patch locations comply with all local and state safety and childcare facility requirements
  • Help track, store, and manage sensitive caregiver information including certifications, health records, and background checks
  • Collaborate with Regional Care Directors and HQ leadership to resolve operational issues and identify areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and fast-paced environments. You’ll need to be equally comfortable juggling vendor coordination, tracking operational metrics, and jumping into logistics emergencies when needed.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or facility management—preferably in a multi-site environment
  • A track record of managing contracts, vendor relationships, and logistics
  • Comfort traveling to different care sites around the country, when necessary
  • Experience managing budgets and understanding operational cost structures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a distributed team aligned
  • Confidence using and learning various technology platforms and tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
