Job Description:
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing indie team. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and team leads to help keep projects on track, support communication, and ensure our workflows stay smooth and organized as we build something special together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines to keep everyone aligned.
- Organize short weekly team syncs and catch-ups.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and flag them proactively.
- Help share updates and progress across art, design, and development.
- Encourage a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with remote, international teams.
- Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, or similar).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving indie environment.
- Ability to dedicate at least a few hours per week to support the project
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience as a coordinator, project manager, or producer.
- Passion for games and creative teamwork.
- Interest in process improvement or workflow design.
