Equitrans Logistics LLC is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Coordinator (Logistics) to support its expanding operations across the GCC region and international markets. This position is ideal for a logistics professional with solid experience in airfreight and import/export coordination who can efficiently manage shipment processes in a dynamic environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities while maintaining high standards of documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete end-to-end shipment operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Coordinate closely with clients, international agents, and logistics partners
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Monitor import and export processes for both air and road freight
- Support charter operations and specialized logistics projects when required
- Ensure proper communication between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular updates on shipment status
Requirements:
- Proven experience in airfreight operations within the UAE
- Strong understanding of import and export coordination (Air & Road freight)
- Experience in live animal or equine logistics will be considered an advantage
- Excellent documentation handling and compliance knowledge
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment
