Description:
Euroclima – FJ Group is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Operations Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage operational workflows, purchasing processes, invoicing activities, and documentation tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining proper records within the ERP system. The company is looking for someone who is proactive, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and confident in working with financial and operational data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase orders for stock materials and spare parts to ensure timely procurement
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare detailed price comparison reports
• Oversee invoicing activities, including bundling of items within the ERP system
• Prepare and maintain export-related documentation in compliance with regulations
• Process payment requests for approved and released orders
• Prepare comprehensive monthly invoicing summaries
• Maintain accurate monthly stock reports and inventory records
• Review Orion project locations upon project completion for documentation purposes
• Generate operational reports related to stock movement and invoicing activities
• Coordinate with FJT Finance for preparation and submission follow-ups of LC (Letter of Credit) documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of practical experience in operations coordination, purchasing, or invoicing roles
• Mandatory experience working with ERP systems
• Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Prior exposure to export documentation and LC procedures will be considered an added advantage
