Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Operations Coordinator to join an NDT services team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate between field technicians, clients and management, and ensure projects run safely, on schedule and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, technicians and management to facilitate clear communication and timely response.
- Plan, schedule and monitor NDT projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Prepare project reports, maintain accurate documentation and track progress against schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry standards and HSE regulations during all operations.
- Support management with resource allocation, logistical planning and operational decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator, preferably within an NDT, inspection or a related technical services environment.
- Prior experience working in the UAE is mandatory.
- Strong coordination, organization and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project coordination or ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of NDT methods, industry standards and inspection workflows is a plus.
