Description:
Tutored by Teachers is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and process-driven Operations Compliance Manager to join our fully remote Platform Operations team. Our mission is to close the opportunity gap by delivering exceptional educational experiences, and we are looking for a professional who is motivated by customer success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage client-specific compliance processes, including background check protocols
• Assist in drafting template contracts and develop processes to fulfill client requirements
• Analyze data to support invoicing and other operational processes
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and collaborate internally to mitigate risks
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to align on partner needs and ensure seamless client experience
• Drive improvements to compliance workflows and operational processes
• Navigate and resolve client and company challenges, both internally and externally
Candidate Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in compliance, contracts, or related operational management
• Experience in EdTech or K–12 education is preferred
• Strong organizational, strategic prioritization, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to implement successful compliance and contract initiatives
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity and closing the opportunity gap
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
