Description:
Annie Aesthetic, a private equity–backed platform specializing in medical aesthetics and functional health, is seeking an Operations Associate to provide critical operational support to its clinics. This role combines operational, marketing, and strategic responsibilities, working closely with the Chief Implementation Officer, the Annie executive team, and partner brand leaders to drive growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, action-oriented, technically competent, and possess excellent project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Project Management Support

  • Support and manage project plans, build SOPs, and implementation checklists for marketing initiatives across Annie clinics
  • Lead initiatives in marketing strategies, ensuring continuous progress
  • Provide weekly updates on KPIs to Clinic Managers and Annie Support Team (AST)
  • Collaborate with AST Directors, Marketing, and Clinic Managers to organize and track marketing workstreams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

System Management

  • Implement new systems, collaborating with Zenoti, AesthetixCRM, in-clinic staff, and other counterparts to ensure timely rollouts
  • Provide training, support, and optimization guidance for clinic teams on all systems
  • Stay updated on system product knowledge and identify future adoption opportunities to improve operations and revenue

Vendor Management & Compliance

  • Liaise with third-party vendors including pharma, marketing, IT, and maintenance as needed
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in clinics related to licenses, permits, and clinical best practices

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1.5+ years of professional experience in operations, consulting, accounting, finance, or similar
  • Experience with marketing CRMs, automation tools, or analytics platforms preferred
  • Background in healthcare or medical aesthetics is a plus

Skills / Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Advanced Excel and technical systems skills; experience in technology integration preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong judgment in brand alignment and messaging
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with results-oriented focus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and optimize processes
  • Open to travel as required
