As an Operations Associate at Solace, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality work across a variety of tasks, directly reporting to the Head of Operations with projects visible to the CEO. This role is ideal for operators who thrive on ownership, execution, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze task requirements and produce high-quality plans and outputs.
- Work autonomously, taking full ownership of projects and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, product, and business teams to solve complex challenges.
- Rapidly generate multiple ideas and approaches to solve problems, remaining flexible on tactics.
- Contribute to testing and maintaining product quality.
- Plan and execute initiatives independently or with a large project team.
- Uphold and maintain Solace’s operational standards to deliver consistent results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in consumer startups, banking, consulting, or other high-pressure, performance-driven roles.
- Ability to translate plans into actionable results with precision and accountability.
- Exceptional planning skills and proficiency in Notion.
- Strong bias toward action and execution; thrives on completing tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for working with executive teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, especially with credentialing or billing codes.
