Description:
Sketchy is seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to support content production and operations for healthcare education programs. This role focuses on enabling high-quality content creation by collaborating with in-house physicians, subject-matter experts, artists, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and maintain high standards while fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate editorial and content production teams, including faculty contributors, subject-matter experts, and contractors.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle from curricular design to production, QA, packaging, and release, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage task assignments and workflows, maintaining clear communication and tracking throughout the production pipeline.
• Establish, refine, and maintain content operations processes, including operational documentation, guidelines, and templates for scalable production.
• Utilize tools such as Airtable, spreadsheets, and workflow trackers to enhance organization, transparency, and efficiency.
• Provide reporting on content progress, resource allocation, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
• Review feedback from learners and SMEs, updating content as necessary based on input, scientific developments, or style guide changes.
• Support onboarding and management of resources required to achieve production goals.
• Resolve operational challenges, remove blockers, and guide team members using strong project management practices.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager, managing editor, or production manager in content development.
• Highly process-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in project management and workflow tools, especially Airtable.
• Ability to manage complex production schedules and multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to learn new skills, tools, and techniques.
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.
