Description:

MIMAR MODELS is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to join its team in Sharjah. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with administrative or coordination experience who possess excellent organizational skills and enjoy supporting day-to-day business operations in a professional and creative work environment.

The successful candidate will assist with operational coordination, administrative tasks, and communication across departments while ensuring efficient workflow. Candidates with an interest or background in model making or design will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.

• Coordinate tasks and communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Organize documentation, schedules, and operational records.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate administrative files.

• Support management with coordination and office administration duties.

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication.

• Contribute to process improvements and efficient workflow management.

• Perform additional operational support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Previous coordination or administrative experience.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
