As an Operations Analyst, you will provide critical data insights to support Operations, Clinical Talent Acquisition, and Clinical teams, ensuring that supply and demand scale effectively as we expand into new markets and service lines. You will create robust reporting, forecasting, and modeling to guide decision-making for Finance, Growth, and other stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

Scalable Reporting & Infrastructure (50%)

  • Collaborate with the data team to design and maintain a comprehensive data and reporting ecosystem across 20+ markets.
  • Define, implement, and analyze standardized KPIs for consistent comparisons across regions.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict hiring velocity and start volumes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on data and reporting initiatives.

Supply & Demand Modeling (30%)

  • Build and refine sophisticated supply vs. demand models to align clinician hiring with projected patient volume.
  • Conduct monthly audits to compare forecast vs. actual outcomes and improve model accuracy.
  • Adjust assumptions using historical trends such as offer acceptance, ramp-up time, and patient churn.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership (20%)

  • Present data insights and forecasted trends to guide business strategy.
  • Support semi-annual planning by providing hiring volume forecasts and historical performance trends.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.

Impact & Success Indicators:

  • First 90 days: Build dashboards, understand key trends, and support growth in new markets.
  • First year: Develop scalable processes, dashboards, and monitoring to identify capacity bottlenecks and optimize supply-demand levers.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in analytical roles (Banking, Management Consulting, Finance, Tech Operations, or similar).
  • Strong analytics skills, Excel proficiency, and business intuition; SQL and Looker experience preferred.
  • Intellectual curiosity, investigative mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Salary range: $98,900 – $116,400; full range: $98,900 – $133,900.
