Description:
WeTravel is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join our US-based remote team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our fast-growing travel tech company by managing procurement processes, vendor contracts, and business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate existing vendor contracts into a unified system and manage renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for new and existing contracts.
  • Review contracts and evaluate ROI for software and other tools.
  • Approve travel and other employee budget requests.
  • Manage third-party data deletion requests.
  • Conduct business analysis using tools like Tableau to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to implement and track software contracts.

Requirements / Skills & Expertise:

  • Experience building frameworks to improve internal processes.
  • Proven track record in gathering business requirements and developing management reports.
  • Knowledge of contract management and procurement best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Cross-functional project management experience.
  • Experience reviewing and approving contracts.
  • Logical thinker who can implement systems and processes for company-wide planning.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and asking critical questions.
  • Prior experience in fast-growing startup environments is highly desirable.
