Description:
WeTravel is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join our US-based remote team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our fast-growing travel tech company by managing procurement processes, vendor contracts, and business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate existing vendor contracts into a unified system and manage renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for new and existing contracts.
- Review contracts and evaluate ROI for software and other tools.
- Approve travel and other employee budget requests.
- Manage third-party data deletion requests.
- Conduct business analysis using tools like Tableau to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to implement and track software contracts.
Requirements / Skills & Expertise:
- Experience building frameworks to improve internal processes.
- Proven track record in gathering business requirements and developing management reports.
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Cross-functional project management experience.
- Experience reviewing and approving contracts.
- Logical thinker who can implement systems and processes for company-wide planning.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and asking critical questions.
- Prior experience in fast-growing startup environments is highly desirable.
