Hiring: Operations & Admin Officer – Homecare Experience Required

We are seeking a sharp, proactive Operations & Admin Officer to join our busy homecare team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with homecare or medical service operations in the UAE and be comfortable managing day-to-day coordination tasks to keep service delivery smooth and reliable.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in homecare operations within the UAE.
  • Strong coordination and rostering skills to manage caregiver and nurse schedules.
  • Ability to respond to client requests, arrange staff deployment, and conduct daily follow-ups.
  • Highly organized, quick-thinking, and solution-focused.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities and maintain accurate staff schedules.
  • Coordinate effectively between caregivers, nurses, and clients to ensure timely service.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, contracts, and required documentation; follow up to ensure completeness.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and support the team to maintain a smooth workflow.
