Description:
Michael Page is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Accounting Coordinator to support the U.S. operations of a European-based manufacturing company. This part-time, fully remote role requires collaboration with international teams, managing customer inquiries, logistics, and light accounting tasks, with availability in the EST morning hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for U.S. customers regarding invoicing and delivery logistics.
Delivery Confirmation: Verify transport arrangements and delivery locations to ensure accuracy.
Document Management: Issue and follow up on invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders.
Logistics Coordination: Manage shipment changes between Nortek Spain, Nortek US, and final customers.
Tariff & Delivery Accuracy: Ensure all tariff and delivery information is correct and up to date.
Weekly Reporting: Provide concise activity recaps every Friday afternoon.
Communication: Respond promptly to emails and requests within reasonable timeframes.
Light Accounting Tasks: Track invoices and perform basic bookkeeping duties.

Required Skills & Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or accounting support.
• Strong communication skills for calls and written correspondence.
• Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in invoicing, delivery details, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of logistics coordination, shipments, and tariff management.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Prompt responsiveness and cultural adaptability for international collaboration.
