Tandem is seeking a motivated Operational Specialist to support the execution of workflows and operational processes that accelerate access to critical medications. This entry-level, remote contractor role (40 hours/week) offers hands-on experience in healthcare operations, prescription access, and coordination. The position involves learning and applying complex processes while directly impacting patients and healthcare providers. Immediate start is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Become proficient in medication access processes, including insurance workflows and GoodRx coupon systems.
• Collaborate with doctors’ offices, pharmacies, nonprofit foundations, and insurance companies to ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently.
