We’re Hiring: Operation Staff (NVOCC Operations Staff) 🌍
Click Global Shipping is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NVOCC Operations Staff to join our Dubai office. This role suits someone who enjoys handling international shipment workflows, coordinating with carriers and agents, and ensuring accurate documentation for seamless cargo movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle booking and shipment documentation for NVOCC shipments, including bills of lading, manifests, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and customers to confirm schedules, vessel allocations, and container movements.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on transit updates, container tracking, and ETA/ETD changes.
- Prepare and process invoices, freight settlements, and basic data entry in the operations system.
- Support customs clearance coordination by ensuring documentation accuracy and timely submission.
- Assist in resolving operational issues such as delays, transshipments, or documentation discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and basic NVOCC processes is a plus.
- Comfortable using MS Office and freight/operations software.
- Team player with effective communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
