We’re hiring in Dubai, UAE!
Join our team as an Operation / Reservation (Spanish Speaking) Executive and become part of a busy travel operations unit that handles bookings and travel arrangements for international customers and partners.
What you will do:
• Handle travel enquiries and reservation requests received via phone and email from overseas agents and other channels.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers and transport providers to secure the best rates and terms through negotiation.
• Recommend hotels, restaurants and transportation options tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Prepare and manage FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) quotations to deliver competitive travel solutions to partners.
• Advise customers on travel visas and entry requirements, providing accurate and timely information.
• Maintain clear communication with partners and clients in Spanish and English as required.
Key skills & attributes:
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) — essential for this role.
• Strong communication skills over phone and email.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to build positive supplier relationships.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced travel operations environment.
