We pride ourselves on strong relationships with clients and government authorities, and we are growing our operations in Dubai and Fujairah. We are now hiring for two on-site roles to join our team.
1. Position: Operation Executive
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in port agency or marine services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage port agency activities to ensure timely vessel operations.
- Prepare and process vessel clearance documentation and liaise with port authorities.
- Organise husbandry services and maintain professional communication with ship owners, agents and crew.
- Ensure all operations observe maritime regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on operational requirements to avoid delays.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong familiarity with UAE port procedures and agency workflows.
- Highly organised, able to handle multiple tasks and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
2. Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Experience: Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.
Requirement: Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the company’s official liaison with government departments and port authorities.
- Prepare, process and follow up on company permits, visas, attestations and other official paperwork.
- Represent the company at government offices and ensure timely completion of regulatory formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of official submissions and track status updates.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive, confident in dealing with government procedures and official channels.
- Clear communicator with good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
