Novomed is seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse to join its team at a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have hands-on operating theatre experience within Dubai and are committed to delivering high standards of patient care.
The successful candidate will assist surgical teams during a variety of procedures while ensuring strict adherence to sterile techniques, infection prevention measures, and patient safety standards. Candidates with experience in Plastic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and General Surgery are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Prepare operating theatres, surgical instruments, and equipment for scheduled surgeries.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and support efficient operating theatre workflows.
Requirements:
• Previous Operating Theatre (OT) nursing experience in Dubai is mandatory.
• Valid DHA Licence.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Plastic Surgery procedures.
• Orthopedic Surgery and General Surgery.
• Surgical instruments, sterile techniques, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively with surgeons and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
