Description:
RJL Real Estate Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Online Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and timely property and lease data while collaborating virtually with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Precise Online Data Entry: Enter property listings, lease details, tenant information, and related transaction data into digital platforms; ensure entries comply with accuracy, formatting, and company standards.
Validation & Quality Assurance: Review entries for completeness and consistency; flag errors or missing details; perform routine online checks to maintain data integrity.
Timely Updates & Accessibility: Process data updates quickly to reflect property status, tenant activity, or lease term changes; respond promptly to requests for corrections.
Digital Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with Property Management and Brokerage teams to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies; provide clear updates via email or project management tools.
Online Reporting Support: Assist in generating reports or logs tracking lease expirations and property availability; maintain a transparent record of data updates.
Process Improvement Feedback: Identify recurring workflow bottlenecks and propose efficiency-enhancing solutions; share ideas to improve data accuracy and speed.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in online or remote data entry, administrative, or support roles, ideally in real estate.
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard office tools and remote communication platforms.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage tasks independently.
