Fortis Risk Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely entry of claims and administrative data, supporting smooth operations across both remote and onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update claim-related data including client details, incident information, and documentation metadata using your remote workstation.
  • Review and verify source documents for completeness and correctness, flagging any discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain secure and organized digital records for easy retrieval and audit compliance, facilitating efficient workflows across remote and field-based teams.
  • Generate reports on data entry status, accuracy metrics, and pending tasks for internal stakeholders.
