The position offers a fixed base rate plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage fans and followers on behalf of content creators via live chat platforms, delivering friendly and personalized interactions.
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers, recommending them in a customer-first way.
- Respond promptly to questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate details about products and services.
- Record and maintain detailed logs of conversations and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to refine chat tactics and share effective approaches.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times when interacting with fans and handling creator-related material.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer support, sales, or chat moderation—BPO background is a plus.
- Exceptional written communicationand the ability to handle multiple chat sessions at once.
- High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in building community engagement.
- Sales-oriented mindsetwith a history of meeting or exceeding upsell targets.
