The Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in creating the first experience for restaurant partners joining the platform. This position focuses on evaluating incoming restaurant applications, setting up partner accounts, and ensuring accurate onboarding through structured systems and communication tools.
You will be responsible for ensuring each restaurant profile is properly configured, verified, and prepared for successful order fulfillment. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and onboard new restaurant partners using internal onboarding tools.
• Configure and build restaurant profiles within internal systems.
• Communicate directly with restaurant partners via phone and email.
• Ensure onboarding requirements and standards are clearly followed and understood.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding processes and tools.
• Manage multiple onboarding tasks while meeting deadlines and SLAs.
• Support automation tools and review system-generated onboarding outputs.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth and accurate onboarding experiences for all partners.
