We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through the onboarding journey, ensuring a successful launch and value realization of our platform. This role focuses on early stages of the customer lifecycle, including setup, configuration, and adoption aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary customer contact during onboarding, coordinating between clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Lead onboarding projects from kickoff to completion, managing scope, milestones, deliverables, and expectations
  • Educate customers on platform capabilities, best practices, and configurations to drive early adoption
  • Identify risks during onboarding, escalating and collaborating as needed
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions, and Product teams to align business goals and technical delivery
  • Develop and refine onboarding materials, guides, and templates for consistency and scalability
  • Track and report onboarding metrics such as completion time, adoption milestones, and risk trends
  • Continuously improve onboarding experience based on customer feedback and evolving product features

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills managing multiple onboarding projects concurrently
  • Technical aptitude with SaaS, cloud technologies, and digital experience platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across customer, partner, and internal teams
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Support teams
  • Exposure to search, database, cloud, or infrastructure technology is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
