Suiteable Holiday Homes is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to join its growing operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordination, operations management, and working in a fast-paced property services environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new properties, coordinating with property owners, vendors, and internal departments, and ensuring that all setups are completed efficiently and accurately. The role requires strong communication, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new properties from start to finish.
• Communicate with property owners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all property setup requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to onboarding processes.
• Track progress of onboarding tasks and follow up on pending requirements.
• Support operational teams in resolving onboarding-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
• Assist in improving onboarding workflows and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in holiday homes, property management, interiors, or a related industry.
