Job Overview
We are looking for a warm, professional Office Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a welcoming impression while efficiently handling front-desk duties and basic administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a neat professional presence, and the ability to stay organized in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients promptly and courteously, ensuring a professional reception experience.
 - Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
 - Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or route queries to the appropriate team member.
 - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
 - Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
 - Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference-room bookings.
 - Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff as needed (filing, correspondence, basic data entry).
 - Maintain visitor logs and assist with routine security procedures for guests.
 - Handle office documentation, filing, and basic record-keeping tasks.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
 - Previous experience working as a receptionist, front-desk associate, or in customer service.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
 - Comfortable using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 - Professional appearance, friendly attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
 - Reliable, punctual, and able to interact continuously with staff and visitors.
