Job Overview
We are looking for a warm, professional Office Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a welcoming impression while efficiently handling front-desk duties and basic administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a neat professional presence, and the ability to stay organized in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors and clients promptly and courteously, ensuring a professional reception experience.
  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
  3. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or route queries to the appropriate team member.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
  5. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  6. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference-room bookings.
  7. Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff as needed (filing, correspondence, basic data entry).
  8. Maintain visitor logs and assist with routine security procedures for guests.
  9. Handle office documentation, filing, and basic record-keeping tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience working as a receptionist, front-desk associate, or in customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance, friendly attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to interact continuously with staff and visitors.
