We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager who excels at structure, accountability, and follow-through. In this pivotal role, you will act as the central hub of operations, managing communication, documentation, and project coordination while working directly with leadership and field teams to maintain consistency and reliability throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain office systems, SOPs, and a digital filing structure.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, COIs, submittals, permits, and change orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, handle purchase orders, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Support billing, timesheets, expense tracking, and bookkeeping coordination.
• Serve as the primary communication link between leadership, field teams, and vendors.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in construction office administration, project coordination, or operations.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, or Buildertrend is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of self-managing in a remote environment.
