Office Manager (Real Estate Development) – Dubai, UAE
Well Concept Real Estate Development LLC is seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager to oversee daily operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office workflows and efficient coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations and ensure effective workflow.
· Handle office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
· Support management with scheduling, meetings, and communications.
· Coordinate between departments to streamline administrative procedures.
· Interact with external partners, government authorities, and suppliers.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
· Assist with HR tasks, onboarding, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in the UAE real estate development sector.
· Strong understanding of administrative processes in developer companies (DLD, NOCs, contracts, permits).
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Ukrainian is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred).
· Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
