As the Office Assistant, you will support leadership by performing routine clerical, office, and computer-related tasks. These include filing, scheduling, data entry, and processing workflow assignments as needed. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while handling important challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine clerical and office tasks, answer telephone calls, and relay messages
- Pull, review, and follow up on reports of order recertifications and unverified visits
- Maintain up-to-date medical records by scanning documents promptly and completing EOE audits
- Conduct discharge chart reviews, perform audits, process orders from/to physicians, and track timely receipt
- Communicate professionally within the organization and externally with physicians, patients, family members, and referral sources

Required Qualifications:
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
- Proficiency in computer and clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication, and typing
- Strong general clerical and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
