Mazmo Environmental Services is currently looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Assistant to support its administrative and operational functions in Abu Dhabi. This position is suitable for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing routine office responsibilities efficiently while supporting different departments within the organization.
The selected candidate will assist the administrative and operations teams by handling documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring that office processes run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional approach to daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Keep operational and administrative documents updated and properly organized.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist in preparing basic reports when required.
- Support the preparation of official letters, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with the Admin and Operations teams to ensure smooth office activities.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy access to records.
- Provide general administrative assistance to management and team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
- Prior UAE work experience will be considered an advantage.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
