We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will enjoy keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining a professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily office administration and operational support
- Schedule meetings and interviews and assist in staff onboarding
- Handle documentation, purchase orders (POs), and coordination
- Support staff augmentation and vendor processes
- Maintain effective internal communication across teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
