Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan real estate developments from top-tier developers.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on investment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads via digital marketing, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Stay updated with market trends, new launches, and competitive activity.
- Conduct property tours and presentations (in-person and virtual).
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in off-plan real estate sales.
- In-depth knowledge of local off-plan projects and developers.
- Strong network of investors and high-net-worth clients is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid driving license.
