Description:
Bloom Therapy Speech Center is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join its growing pediatric team in Dubai. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available for qualified professionals who are passionate about helping children achieve their developmental goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
The successful candidates will work closely with children, families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members to provide high-quality therapy services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment focused on pediatric care and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and developmental goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s requirements
• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and therapy documentation
• Provide regular feedback and progress updates to parents and caregivers
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust intervention strategies when required
• Stay informed about current best practices and advancements in pediatric therapy
Requirements:
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Psychomotor Therapist (PMT) is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric therapy experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong time-management and case-management skills
• UAE Driving License is recommended
• Previous experience working with schools or nurseries in Dubai is an advantage
