A leading medical center in Al Ain is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and support its nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, support staff development initiatives, and promote a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations and clinical activities
